[EzineArticles] Tools You Need Article Template

Tools You Need Article Template EzineArticles.com Logo

Recommend Your Favorite Tools to Your Readers

Try to count all of the tools you use everyday in your personal and professional lives. It's nearly impossible to think of them all!

From mobile apps, vehicle features, kitchen gadgets, to the toolbox in my workshop, I'd be hard pressed to think of any part of my day that's not accompanied by some sort of tool I use to communicate, monitor, fix, or simply increase my efficiency. And you would too.

As a professional in your niche, you have likely amassed several tools you couldn't do without or have given some great insider recommendations to your customers.

Use these tools as inspiration for your next article template to help your readers effectively achieve a particular task or goal.

The Tools You Need Article Template

Introduction: Open up by describing how the tools you're about to recommend can save your readers time to more effectively achieve their goal(s).

Body: List the tools! For each tool, use the following format:

Tool #1: Name the Tool

  • Benefit: Briefly detail the benefit the tool provides the user.
  • Description: Succinctly explain how the tool works.
  • Tips: Provide insider tips on how to use the tool.
  • Price Range: If applicable, add a price range for added convenience to the reader.

Tool #2, etc.: Continue recommending tools using the same format illustrated under Tool #1. Successful articles commonly provide 3, 5, or 10 tools, but you don't have to stick to those amounts. Provide at least 3 different tools in one article.

Conclusion: Recap how the tools will help the reader.

These days, there's a tool for every task, goal, or problem. Help your readers breakthrough obstacles or achieve their goals faster by recommending the tools you use with this template. Have you written an article based on your favorite tools? Comment here to let us know how it worked for you.

[EzineArticles] Recipe for Success Article Template

Recipe for Success Article Template EzineArticles.com Logo

Easily Stir Up a Great Article With This Recipe

Even the most successful chefs practice with recipes. Failing occasionally, the chef takes risks by tweaking the recipe based on their own style and taste.

Eventually, the recipe transforms into an entirely new, enticing, and delectable result that makes your mouth water in anticipation.

Having reached perfection, the chef will write the recipe down to more easily replicate it or to publish it in their next recipe collection.

You can use this same concept by sharing your "recipes" with readers in your articles! Readers love recipe-formatted articles because it's a model with which everyone is familiar and it incorporates proven steps. How are they proven? They are backed by your credibility as an Expert Author.

Writing a recipe article is easy! Simply spend a little time thinking about your topic, its key ingredients, and the steps you took to achieve your goal.

The Recipe for Success Article Template

  • Introduction: Leading with your reader's gratifying WIIFM (what's in it for me) factor, describe how this recipe for success will help the reader achieve success.

  • Ingredients: List what the reader will need. Your list can be specific (e.g., a calculator, a stopwatch, or 30 minutes) or general (e.g., motivation, inspiration, or attitude).

  • Steps: Provide the steps you took to advance or as a precautionary measure to achieve success. Each step should relevantly incorporate your ingredients.

  • Conclusion: Once again, call attention to the benefit the reader will gain using this recipe. Succinctly describe how it worked for you, a client, or another source of inspiration.

[EzineArticles] The Hard Lesson Article Template

The Hard Lesson Article Template EzineArticles.com Logo

Share Your "Hard Knocks" and Experience With Your Readers

"Experience is a hard teacher because she gives the test first, the lesson afterward."
-- Vernon Law

As you move forward in life, you're conditioned. Don't touch the hot stove. Look both ways before crossing the street. Pick your battles because life's too short to fight over trivial things.

Whether you fail or if you succeed (in your relationships, in your career, or even in your life), you've gained valuable experience that conditions you. It's up to you to decipher what worked and what didn't as you move forward.

Think about those "hard knocks" in your career or someone who inspired you and how you or they overcame adversity. From more general life-based reflections to specific blunders in your niche, use these ruminations to write the perfect article for your readers.

The Hard Lesson Article Template

  • Introduction: "Just when I thought things couldn't get worse ..." Start with the climax of the hard lesson you experienced (i.e., the most intense part of an event). The key is to hook the reader while maintaining relativity with an engaging anecdote the reader will either relate to or want to continue reading so they can avoid it.

  • Body: Hindsight is always 20/20, so take a look back. What events led up to this hard lesson? Describe the back story.

  • List Recommendations: List tools, tips, steps, and/or precautions you would take to prevent or alleviate the hard knock if you could go back and do it all over again.

  • Conclusion: Your readers don't want to feel despair; conclude on a heartening note! End your article with why the reader should follow your ideas as well as how much time and energy you would have saved had you known these things beforehand.
